Hello and Welcome

I teach women to honor their feminine intuition, to have a weight and body they love, create a healthy relationship with food, heal disordered eating patterns, and create an authentic life that allows lasting self-care built on kindness and non-judgement. I would love for you to be a part of it!

Here are a few things I believe:

We can make food choices from a place of kindness and love or from a place of restriction and fear. Eating from a place of love will bring peace. A simple way to make a food decision is to ask "Is this a kind or restrictive choice?"

Anytime we are making what looks like a crazy food choice, it is a sign to ask what we need and what we can learn. 

Learning to trust our body is the fastest and most lasting path to a peaceful relationship with food and eating.

Every belief that says we are not good enough is a lie.

Asking for help is important whether that is a professional or a friend.

My professional education includes training as a Registered Dietitian, Mind Body Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher. I've completed a masters degree in Kinesiology and am currently working on a master's degree in Dietetics.
