A lot of things are individual for each client I've worked with, everyone is unique!
However, I have found the certain skills are a great place to begin creating a new relationship with food for most people. 
This complimentary four week program will give you a good introduction to your nutrition needs and begining skills to create a healthy relationship with food, eating and the body.
 It will also introduce you to me and help you decide if I am a teacher you would like to continue to study with.
It is based on the foundational idea that food and eating has to work with your life to be sustainable.
